We also detail and polish all fixtures, clean appliances, wipe down cabinets, ceiling fans, vents, baseboards and any furnishings you specify. Using our professional cleaning supplies and equipment our cleaning ladies clean your entire home from top to bottom, leaving no detail overlooked.

Our cleaning crew will have your living room looking like new. We will dust from top to bottom and underneath, clean your tables and wood, vacuum your couches, chairs and carpets.

Finally we’ll mop and treat your floor surfaces appropriately.

A full kitchen detail is performed by our house cleaning service crew. We clean all appliances inside & out, polish granite counters, wipe down face of cabinets, wash & dry back splashes, tables and chairs, clean and sanitize sinks. Our detail services include cleaning the range top, microwave and refrigerator, inside and outside. A kitchen floor gets a lot of traffic and our cleaning ladies are experts at cleaning and appropriately treating floor surfaces.

A full bathroom detail is performed by our house cleaning services crew. We clean, scrub and sanitize your showers, clean & polish glass, bathtubs, vanities, back splashes and toilets. It doesn’t stop there… we also clean mirrors, polish chrome, wash floors, clean tile walls, grout and deodorize. Your bathroom will be sparkling and smelling fresh

While you are not here

  • We will manage your complete property, no more worries, since the moment you leave.

  • We will inmediately clean the entire house, close the windows shutters, disconet appliances.

  • Shut-off main water valves, hot water heaters, Air Conditioners, Electric breakers.

  • Monitor the mail, lawn service, pool service, continuos check for possible vandalism, or leaks

  • Vehicle maintenance (i.e. Oil Changes, Wheel Alignments, Tune ups, detailed cleaning) HCM Service Included, Charges for Maintenance not included

  • Schedule and arrange Yacht, Watercrafts and Automotive maintenance.

  • Schedule, arrange, and supervise service repairs for your Home (i.e. Air Conditioning repairs, Appliances repairs, Painting, Plumbing and home renovations.

On your return

  • We will have your residence completely ready, clean, fresh, AC in the right temperature.

  • Activate ice makers

  • All your groceries requests will be ready and set in the freezer and fridge

  • Your car will be polished and full with gasoline and all fluids filled

  • Open all blinds and drapery , turn on lights and lamps.

  • Set-up patio furniture

  • Activate electric breakers , main water valves, hot water heaters, change of A/C filters.

  • Arrange transportation services
